We ship exclusively, for now, within the United States.

We take great care to ensure that all products are packaged securely and arrive in excellent condition. Once a tracking number has been issued, any delays, mishandling, or loss during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our shipping terms and the handmade nature of our products.

We accept returns within 15 days, whether the product is opened or unopened. Your return will be processed once the item is received back.

Our mailers are eco‑friendly, recyclable, and reusable.

Each mailer includes two sealable strips, allowing it to be used twice — once for the original shipment and again in case it needs to be used for a return — before eventually being recycled and transformed into something new.
